Five-time ballon do’r winner Christiano Ronaldo extended his scoring spree for Italian giants Juventus scoring the lone goal in their 2-1 downfall against Hellas Verona to become first player in Juvetus history to find the back of the net in ten consecutive ties.
The impressive goal rubbished legendary David Trezeguet record who managed the feat for the Italian giants for nine matches running before Ronaldo overtook him on Saturday (8).
The 34-year-old forward joined the Italian outfits from Real Madrid in 2018 and has since played 71 matches for the Italian giants with 51 goals on his name.
The Portuguese national is second on the top scorers log with 20 goals just 6 goals shy from Lazio’s Ciro Immobile who tops the log with a towering 25 goals on his name.
Ronaldo has since scored 13 goals and 7 goals on the penalty spot.
