Champions League holders Liverpool are just six wins away from winning the 2019/20 premier league gong after a successive premier league run.

The Anfield outfits are yet to lose a premier league tie currently swaggering of 24 square wins having played 25 matches, ending a game on stalemate against arch-rivals Manchester United.

Jurgen Klopp coached side currently sit top of the table with 73 points, 21 points ahead of second placed reigning champs Manchester City who sit second on the log with 51 points after playing a similar number of matches.

If Liverpool continue with their winning streak they will clinch the title on March 7th against Bournamouth, regardless of what result come from their close rivals Manchester City.

However, If Pep Gurdiola’s charges are whitewashed in some of the marches between now and March 7th, the Reds will clinch the tittle much earlier.

Until now, Liverpool’s arch-rivals Manchester United hold the record for the earliest Premier League title win under the tutelage of Sir Alex Ferguson claiming the victory in 2000-01 on 14 April.

The Reds have rewritten the premier league record books severally this season and their current lead of 22 points after 25 games is the biggest in Premier League history.
