Arsenal earned their biggest premier league victory this season after thumping Newcastle United 4-0 to earn a miximum three points on their Sundays tie at the Emirates Stadium.
The London outfits broke the deadlock in the 54th minute after Pierre-Emerick Abumeyang rose high to take a powerfully nod on Nicolas Pepe’s deep cross into the far bottom corner.

The hungry hosts doubled their lead three minutes later after Bukayo Saka easily skipped past two Newcastle defenders with a nutmeg to boot before laying it off for Nicolas Pepe to easly guided the ball past Martin Dubravka to make it 2-0.

In-form Nicolas Pepe and Alexandre Lacazette linked-up down the right with the latter crossing for Mesut Ozil to calmly slot home the third one for the Gunners in the 90th minute before Lacazette did justice to Pepe’s feed to make it 4-0 to seal the four-star perfomance.

A first win in five matches moves Arsenal up to 10th place with 34 points, three clear of 13th-placed Newcastle.
