The lad went on to pursue his dream of being a footballer, playing at the youth academies of AC Milan and Benevento.
Yasin decided to quit the sport in 2016 to focus on his studies but continued to play five-a-side with Atletico Vitalica until his death.
It is understood he left a heart-breaking suicidal note speaking on life as an immigrant but his adoptive father, Walter, has rubbished the claims.
“We found our son hanged and no messages near his body. No last letter,” Walter told La Stampa.
Immediate former AC Milan goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma was roommates with Visin during their times at San Siro.
The 22-year-old Italian shot stopper paying tribute to his departed friend.
“I met Seid as soon as I arrived in Milan, we lived together in a boarding school, a few years have passed but I can’t and I don’t want to forget that incredible smile of his, that joy of life,” Donnarumma is quoted by ANSA.
This news is beyond heartbreaking. Racism is a dangerous threat to our physical and #mentalhealth and we must do a much better job of stopping it. My thoughts and deepest condolences to #SeidVisin’s family and friends. @PescaraCalcio https://t.co/DyskUcWtLg

Former Juventus midfield star Claudio Marchisio was also taken aback by the untimely demise of the young footballer.
In a Facebook post he said:
“I can’t even imagine what Seid Visin felt, but I am sure that a country that pushes a young boy to make such an extreme gesture is a country that has failed.”
“Think about it when you make your foolish jokes, when you make stupid and cynical speeches about rafts and skin color, especially on social networks.”
