Brazilian forward Neymar has signed a new contract with French Paris Saint-Germain putting to bed the speculation that has for long surrounded his future in the French capital.
Neymar who is the most expensive player in history following his 222 million Euros move from Barcelona in 2017 contracted to PSG until 2022, but has now extended his contract to June 2025.
Kenyan Breaking KE understands that the 29-year-old is expected to receive an enormous salary of around 30million Euros per season after taxes plus add-ons and a ‘huge bonus’ if the club wins a first ever Champions League title.

It was widely reported that the Brazilian was actively seeking for a return to Barcelona but things have changed drastically since 2019 after Barcelona failed to present an adequate offer to PSG.
In January, Neymar said he was “now truly happy’ at PSG.
By the end of the current deal, Neymar will be 33, which means he would have been with the 2019/2020 Champions League finalists for almost a decade by then.
PSG are also keen on tying Kylian Mbappe to a new long-term contact, L’Équipe, a French nationwide daily newspaper reports.
Mbappe is out of contract in 2022 and is being sought by several European heavyweights led by Spanish giants Real Madrid.
