Liverpool goalkeeper Alisson Becker snatched a late win for Liverpool against West Bromwich Albion after heading in a corner kick by Trent Alexander-Arnold.

Hal Robson-Kanu gave the already relegated Baggies the lead in the 16th minute in what was his first Premier League goal in the first half.

Egyptian Mohammed Salah  was on the scoresheet three minutes after the half hour mark to ensure the game went to the break poised at 1-1.

Salah tally took his league tally this season to 22 goals, level with Totenham Hotspurs’ Harry Kane sweetening the race for the Golden Boot with just two games to go.

Liverpool’s win tightens the top four race with both Chelsea, Liverpool, Leicester and West Ham United in the race for next season’s Champions League football.

West Ham top four hopes howver suffered a stab following a 1-1 draw at Brighton.

Alisson joins a list of other five goalkeepers to have scored in the Premier League.

Others are Leicester’s Peter Schmeichel, Brad Friedel (Blackburn Rovers away to Charlton Athletic on February 21, 2004)  Paul Robinson, Tim Howard and Asmir Begovic.
