The Judge in charge of the case involving the murder of Dutch tycoon Tob Cohen, Judge Sankale ole Kantai has been arrested for reasons yet to be established.
The Court of Appeal judge was arrested this Friday morning in the capital and taken to the DCI headquarters in Kiambu for interrogation.
Cohen was found in a septic water tank in his compound in Kitisuru, Kiambu county a month after he went missing.
The main suspect and his wife Sarah Wairimu was released on bail months after being arrested and the case is yet to be determined.
Allegedly Wairimu denied Cohen sex for almost three years, a problem that triggered their conflicts, violence as well as greedy for money.

Reports indicates that Kantai has been accused of being biased by giving the suspect advice and helping her in escaping the law.
