In light of this, the Kenyan high commission in India has instructed its citizens to register with the High Commission office in New Delhi for accountability and decision making purposes.
In a notice from the Kenyan High Commission seen by Kenyan Breaking KE Kenyans been further urged to form WhatsApp groups and inform the embassy for easy communication should need arise.
Among the details required by the embassy are official names, passport number, contacts, physical address of location in India and the reason for the visit.
