Fuel prices have registered an average increase of Ksh.2.72 per litre in the latest revision by the Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority (EPRA) in what is expected to be an extra pinch on motorists.

As per the review, a litre of petrol and diesel goes up by Ksh.2.54 and Ksh.2.65 respectively with kerosene users deal with a Ksh.2.98 price increment.

The regulator attributes the latest rise in pump prices to the increased cost of fuel imports which shot by an average 1.9 percent during the month of October.

A litre of petrol in Nairobi will retail at Ksh.110.59, diesel at Ksh.104.61 and Kerosene will go for Ksh.104.06 per litre. r
